Each optician is certified by the American Board of Opticianry and has had a minimum of five years experience before joining our quality team. 

Katheryn Dabbs Schramm-Our president and CEO, Katheryn Dabbs Schramm, is a nationally recognized author and authority on pediatric eyecare and eyewear.  She is committed to improving the quality of care children receive and proud to bring you a dedicated, highly qualified staff.

Anne Welch Lystne, ABOC- Fifteen years ago, Anne Lystne started her career at a large optical chain in New York State, moving to California in 1989. Anne loves the challenge of satisfying both the customer and the doctor. She has been practicing and perfecting her craft for almost ten years as the manager of A Child’s View, Inc. Huntington Beach and more recently as General Manager of A Child’s View, Inc.

Robert Silva, ABOC-  Robert Silva has been in the optical profession more than fifteen years, ten of which have been at A Child’s View, Inc.  Robert manages our Mission Viejo location where he excels at frame design, fitting challenges, and frame customization. 

Claudia Magana, ABOC- Claudia Magana has over eighteen years service to the optical profession, half of that as manager of A Child’s View Brea. Growing up with very close family ties gave her strong values and high moral standards, apparent in her work ethic.

Dorinda De La Cruz, ABOC- Dorinda De La Cruz comes to us from a large optometric chain in Saginaw, MI. Her experience is very broad, working with Opticians, private Optometrists and Ophthalmologists. We are pleased to have her as manager of A Child’s View, Inc. Riverside, our newest store. Her happy disposition and attention to detail are among her many positive qualities.
